Role: Contracts Manager
Location: UK (Initial project Glasgow)
Full/Part-time: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent / Staff
Salary: £Dependent on experience
WeFind are a specialist Recruitment Company working in the Construction Sector. We are currently working closely with one of our Partners to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager with previous experience of Commercial Roofing, Cladding, and Rainscreen works to join their team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contracts Director and have the responsibility for preparing RAMS, lifting plans, site talks etc. Day to day will involve general running of the site and limiting any problems that may arise, ensuring that materials are being installed to Manufacturers specifications, and liaising with Sub-Contractors, Clients, etc. accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience managing Roofing/Cladding/Rainscreen installation projects, ideally up to around £3m project values.
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Good IT Skills
- Full UK Driving License
